In developmentally appropriate ways, students explore concepts and develop their essential understandings in these subject areas through interdisciplinary units of study.
Each student is supported by a teaching team that includes their classroom teacher and teacher assistant. Specialist teachers deliver music, languages and PE. Coaches work with classroom teachers to support Literacy and Digital Literacy.
The learning activities of infant-aged children are interdisciplinary in nature, reflecting their experiences outside of school. While the Infant School learning is intentional and connects to our College curriculum, teachers adjust their plans on a regular basis to ensure students’ backgrounds, interests and learning needs are taken into account.

I completed B.Sc. in Microbiology with distinction from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in 2019. Since childhood, I have always been fascinated with biology and the workings of living beings, my love for this subject motivated my choice of undergrad education and molded me into myself. My teachers inspired me heavily in this course of life and I took up teaching to inspire others and to become a mentor for the future generation. The thought of giving back to the community fills me up with joy as does having a role in shaping the minds of young individuals. I just hope to be half the good teacher that my mentors’ were and I am ready for all the new challenges that this career throws at me.
Teaching Subjects: Mathematics, Current Topics and Science, Food and Nutrition.
I have completed my BSc in EEE on May, 2020. I believe that, to gain knowledge first we have to learn to share knowledge. Instead of pursuing my career in engineering, I felt that it is better to create more future engineers. Therefore, I have joined Canadian International School Bangladesh, where I can work with some bright minds and nurture them for a brighter future.
I also want to work in such a competitive organization where I can utilize my educational knowledge, experience and skill to accelerate my professional development as well as optimum growth of the organization.
Teaching areas: Applied Mathematics 30S, Pre-Calculus 40S

Teaching is a challenging but very rewarding profession. I chose teaching as teachers play an essential part in serving the society by helping young minds build curiosity and the zeal to learn. Science has been a very integral part of my life and I have understood how teachers have taken part in such an important role in imbibing in me the passion to learn and acquire knowledge, not only from books but from anything and anyone worth learning from.
