Canadian International School , Dhaka is a comprehensive, co-educational, English medium school offering Canadian Curriculum as per the rules and regulations set by the Department of Education, Ontario , Canada . The primary purpose of the school is to provide quality education for Bangladeshi and expatriate children.
Official enrollment begins at Early Childhood, Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Grades-1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Higher classes will gradually be added subsequently every year. Once the students are officially enrolled, they are assured of continuity as long as they achieve satisfactory academic results, fees are paid and school rules are adhered to.

All fees listed above are in Taka. There are three terms in a year. Tuition fees are payable before the student joins the school and then prior to the start of each term.
Tuition Fees are pro-rated if the student begins tuition after the term has commenced .
All fees are subject to 4.5% VAT where applicable.
Tuition Fees includes –
- Cost of tuition,
- Basic classroom stationary,
- Study resource/material and usages of the facilities,
- Physical education,
- Language (French & Bengali).
5% of Tuition fee will be waived if full year tuition fee is paid at a time.
Payment Mode: Payment should be made

• Issuing a Cheque in favor of “ Canadian International School”

• Depositing money to the following account

Please use the prescribed school deposit book for making payments to the above Bank Account. A copy of the deposit slip must be submitted to the school Accounts Department, otherwise it is considered that payment has not been made.

Refundable Deposit and Non-refundable Fee:
The Admission fee is payable once only, upon formal acceptance
of the student by CIS and, it is non-refundable.
Annual fee is payable at the beginning of every school year and,
it is non-refundable.
Refundable Deposit:
(Payable at the time of admission or before the student joins the School)
Early childhood 1 – Kindergarten: Tk. 10,000.00
Grade 1 – Grade 6 : Tk. 20,000.00
*Refundable Deposit Policy
This deposit will be refunded provided that one month written notice of
withdrawal (prior to the last date of attendance) of the student is given. Failure
to give this notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Fees:
Tk.100.00 per day Late Fee will be charged for payments made after the last due date (Please refer to the school academic calendar for last due dates). |

Non-payment of tuition fees:
Student/(s) shall not be permitted to continue school, if the tuition fee is overdue for more than 20 days and parents have not made any satisfactory arrangements with the school administration for settlement of the overdue amount. Immediately thereafter, the school shall terminate the enrollment of the student.
In order to rejoin the school; all outstanding dues need to be cleared including late charges, provide an appropriate explanation, and then reapply for admission. The school management reserves the rights to allow or reject such application.
The school management reserves the rights to change and/ or adjust present admission policy and fee structure, as and when, it may deem necessary. |

Transportation Fee
Only applicable if the student is availing the School Transport. This fee is charged per term for both pick up and drop off.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the application form:
• Application Form (CIS) duly completed
• Past two years school report where applicable
• Birth certificate and/or photocopies of passport
• Health Form (CIS) duly completed by a doctor (GP)
• Recent photographs of the student (5 passport size and 2 stamp size)
• Recent photographs of both parents (2 passport size of each parents)
• Recent photographs of each person authorized to pick up the child (At most three persons including parents)
